Investor Registration

If you would like to view your portfolio information online, please follow these 3 simple steps:
1) Complete a Confidentiality/User Agreement
For Portfolio Access, print and complete the Investor Confidentiality Agreement.
For Individual Loan Access, print and complete the Investor Loan Confidentiality Agreement.
For Mezzanine Loan Access, print and complete the Mezzanine Investor Confidentiality Agreement.
For Special Servicer Access, print and complete the Special Servicer Confidentiality Agreement.
For Asset Manager Access, print and complete the Asset Manager Confidentiality Agreement.
For Owner User Access, print and complete the Owner User Agreement.
For Third-Party User Access, print and complete the Third-Party User Agreement.
You must complete an Investor Confidentiality/User Agreement to gain access.
2) Email the completed form to cre_web@keybank.com.
3) Submit the Investor Registration information form.
